RYOBI Z4 at Cochin Print House has a maximum speed of 16,000 SPH with a plate thickness of 630 x 550 mm. Three systems are available for automatic plate changing: the SPC semiautomatic plate changer (standard equipment), the FPC fully automatic plate changer (optional), and the Smart-FPC fully automatic simultaneous plate changer (optional). All three plate-changing systems feature a benderless plate clamp that eliminates the need to bend the plates.

Horizon Perfect Binder
The Horizon Perfect Binder at Cochin Print House has created a new standard for on demand perfect binders. Never has a perfect binding machine been able to create books of such quality with automatic set up at such an affordable price. It has set the bar high for all perfect binders to follow. The Horizon Binder is a completely self-adjusting perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and nipper adjust automatically. A compressor is included. Bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any adjustments whatsoever. Bind two sheets to two and a quarter inches thick. The unique, heavy duty roughing blade allows for the binding of offset stock, coated stock, and stock with oil based or wax based inks. It includes a cover feeder with automatic creasing and a vertical book stacker or a delivery conveyor. Twin glue rollers ensure an even glue application as does a third, metering roller to smooth out the glue. The machine side glues for hinge covers and even creates a light hinge due to the nipper pressure, which is adjustable. Bind perfectly square backed books or pads with our glue binders.
